Two back case gaskets! No wonder it is good for 100 atm.
With the reading before, probably you find a hair or hairspring was touching regulating pins.

  This was actually almost a new watch. The problem was there right when my client received it. I think with
  the very rough shipping, it got banged around so much that the hairspring was sitting extremely high on one
  side. It wasn’t touching the regulating pins, but rather the bridge (pont) itself.
